Responsibilities include monitoring and deploying images to AWS EKS and GCP clusters, responding to and resolving tickets, and creating comprehensive documentation of client software and processes for new team members.

Built a development environment for a UK-based retailer. Updated, modernised, and added to pre-existing code and documentation to ensure a secure and easily-maintainable solution.
Worked on an automation project allowing the client to automatically deploy pre-configured AWS resources from a central portal. Used Terraform, Bash, and Powershell to create and configure modules to the client's specification.
Worked on a migration project for a government agency. Responsible for successfully migrating the website's pre-existing search and indexing functionality to Kubernetes and creating an automated media conversion and streaming service.
